💼 About This Role

You'll join Nuro's Software Operations team to shape how software evaluation and validation come together across the company, working on complex pipelines across simulation, root cause analysis, and systems evaluation. Your core impact will be keeping that work organized, prioritized, and moving forward, bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-moving problems. This role offers the chance to partner closely with Autonomy Engineering and Systems Engineering, turning overlapping priorities into clear plans and helping the validation organization scale alongside the rest of the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run intake, triage, prioritization, and escalation processes for the validation organization
• Refine workflows to scale with growing validation complexity
• Absorb technical context, identify blockers, and articulate priorities across software teams
• Partner with engineering teams to align validation requirements and manage competing demands
• Safeguard data integrity across validation outputs for stakeholder trust

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management, engineering operations, or related roles
• Strong critical thinking and ability to quickly absorb technical context and articulate priorities
• Experience coordinating delivery across onshore and offshore teams
• Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and executive audiences
• High agency with a track record of building process where none exists
