Description
You will design and run the AI-enabled systems, processes, and programs that allow Gusto's brand, creative, and marketing teams to do their best work predictably and at scale. You'll build the complete creative ops infrastructure, manage vendor and budget relationships, and create cross-functional operating models.
Requirements
- Creative builder and ops leader with experience designing operational systems from scratch
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, budgets, and cross-functional partnerships
- Experience with AI tools and AI-first mindset for scaling creative operations
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Design and run the AI-enabled creative operating system, including intake, prioritization, resourcing, and production workflows
- Own vendor, production, and budget management, including budget tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation
- Build systems and visibility tools to provide real-time insight into pipeline health, capacity, and output quality
- Build cross-functional creative infrastructure to align processes, SLAs, and expectations with Marketing, Brand, and People teams
- Establish digital asset management systems and standards for naming, storage, archiving, rights management, and distribution
