  • Own end-to-end recruitment from job approval to onboarding
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and strategies

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven experience hiring across AI, Software Development, or Hardware Engineering
  • Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles and industry trends
  • Ability to build robust pipelines through creative sourcing techniques
