๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment from job approval to onboarding
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical and cultural fit
- Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and strategies
๐ Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven experience hiring across AI, Software Development, or Hardware Engineering
- Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles and industry trends
- Ability to build robust pipelines through creative sourcing techniques

- Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Familiarity with D&I initiatives in recruiting
