You'll help clients navigate complex debt and equity transactions within the CFGI Valuation Practice. You'll perform financial reporting valuations for business combinations, impairment testing, and tax purposes. This role offers exposure to public and private enterprise clients across industries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform financial reporting valuations for business combinations
• Conduct goodwill and asset impairment testing
• Value common stock securities for private enterprises
• Value complex derivatives and debt instruments

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in valuation for financial reporting
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business
• In-depth understanding of valuation approaches (cost, market, income)
• Strong Excel modeling skills

• Big 4 experience
• CFA, ASA, or ABV certification
• Experience in complex debt and equity valuation
