💼 About This Role

You'll join a tight-knit team of senior engineers working to map the real structure of customers' engineering organizations. You'll build capabilities that represent team configurations as they actually exist, navigating complex data models and tracing dependencies across systems. This role demands a senior engineer who cares deeply about data modeling and system design to help engineering leaders make better decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, plan and implement key features as part of a highly effective development team
• Push features to AWS-hosted SaaS environment daily with automated CI/CD
• Provide technical and product expertise within your team and across the organization
• Participate in agile process and continually improve team capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building SaaS products with Back End focus
• Strong skills in Python and building production systems using Django
• Expert-level data modeling in relational database systems
• Experience with scaling, performance, and benchmarking of APIs and data processing

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluency with AI coding tools like Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code
• Experience in a growth-stage startup
• Curiosity and strong communication skills
