Description

You will work as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency, focusing on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) suite. You'll develop business processes, gather requirements, and design optimal solutions using industry best practices. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions that support mission-critical government operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentation
• Experience working with stakeholders and development team(s) to deliver solutions
• Must have active Top Secret clearance and be willing and capable of obtaining SCI and CI poly

Responsibilities

• Developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories
• Provide process flow and other required system documentation
• Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution
• Assist in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met
• May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution
• Supports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution
