🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily settlement of on-chain crypto transactions
• Monitor and analyze weekly KPIs and improve processes
• Coordinate with teams to resolve deposit/withdrawal issues
• Assist Customer Experience team with escalated crypto concerns

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Operations, Clearing & Settlement, or Reconciliation at a digital asset firm or financial institution
• Amenable to work on weekends, holidays, and mid-shift or night shift
• Interest in Web3 and basic crypto knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Graduate of Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or Operations Management
• Passion for building customer relationships and optimizing processes
