  • Build and optimize global automated customer journeys with segmentation and triggers.
  • Design experimentation loops for AI-powered engagement and success metrics.
  • Architect attribution layer with Data Science to measure business impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, RevOps, and Marketing teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in Digital CS, Operations, or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Systems-level thinking: translate strategy into scalable programs.
  • AI-powered customer engagement experience (chatbots, agents).
  • Cross-functional influence partnering with Data Science and Engineering.

  • Experience with segmentation and coverage model design.
  • Comfort designing global programs scaling across regions.
