You'll join a small, high-impact team building this function from the ground up globally, focusing on AI-powered customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and optimize global automated customer journeys with segmentation and triggers.
- Design experimentation loops for AI-powered engagement and success metrics.
- Architect attribution layer with Data Science to measure business impact.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, RevOps, and Marketing teams.
๐ Requirements
- 5-7+ years in Digital CS, Operations, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Systems-level thinking: translate strategy into scalable programs.
- AI-powered customer engagement experience (chatbots, agents).
- Cross-functional influence partnering with Data Science and Engineering.

- Experience with segmentation and coverage model design.
- Comfort designing global programs scaling across regions.
- Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
