Description

As a Sourcing Specialist on the Starlink Supply Chain team, you will source and activate equipment and services critical to production, negotiate supplier contracts, manage supplier performance, and develop sourcing strategies to support the factory of the future.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years experience in supply chain, production, or engineering
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems and managing purchase orders
• Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and lead time analysis
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, PowerBI
• Understanding of common manufacturing processes and machines

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders and resolve blocked invoices
• Forecast demand, evaluate capacity, and manage supply signals
• Track supplier performance on cost, on-time delivery, quality
• Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and meet targets
• Perform onsite reviews of vendor capabilities
