You'll design and implement quality control processes for a fast-growing startup, directly impacting customer satisfaction. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and perform quality assurance processes for robotic products.
• Conduct root cause analysis on defects and collaborate on solutions.
• Design and execute testing protocols for functional, stress, and environmental tests.
• Own Non-Conforming Inventory (NCI) tracking, disposition, and rework.
• Monitor production processes and establish quality metrics.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in hardware engineering.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, SPC).
• Experience with root cause analysis and failure mode analysis.
