🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend)
• Actively participate in product development alongside management duties
• Hire and onboard new engineers for your team
• Provide continuous feedback and coaching to team members

📋 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6 and Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Track record of shipping production systems that are secure, reliable, and scalable
• Practical experience designing agentic/automation workflows
