💼 About This Role

You'll lead the architecture, development, and scaling of VOR, a flagship platform unifying data, workflows, and AI agents for high-stakes environments. You'll write code, review PRs, and debug production issues while owning the technical direction end-to-end. This role is hands-on, not just management, driving mission impact across government and enterprise programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and code critical platform components across data, workflow, and AI layers
• Conduct code reviews and set engineering standards for the team
• Own the end-to-end platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery
• Drive AI operationalization including human-in-the-loop systems and agent safety

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in platform engineering, data systems, or AI/ML delivery
• Currently writing production code in Python, Go, or NodeJS
• Deep proficiency in AWS and cloud-native development
• Experience with containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS), and IaC

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, multi-agent systems, or RAG
