You'll join Carvana's Market Operations team to inspect and detail vehicles ensuring they are customer-ready. Your work directly impacts timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. This entry-level role offers performance-based pay increases every 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be 18 years of age or older
