💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver accounting training for offshore professionals supporting US CPA firms. You'll evaluate candidates through live simulations and shape how teams think and work. This role combines accounting depth with teaching expertise in a fully remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop accounting-focused training materials and courses
• Facilitate and grade live accounting simulations for candidates
• Track training participation and completion rates across cohorts
• Identify and implement training automation improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Hands-on experience in US accounting workflows (bookkeeping, financial reporting)
• Experience as a Trainer or Instructor in an accounting context

✨ Nice to Have

• University-level teaching experience in Accounting
• Experience with LMS platforms or e-learning tools
• Background in assessment design or competency-based evaluation
