💼 About This Role

You'll manage Monzo's global benefits and pension programmes, supporting UK and international employees. You'll ensure benefits are compliant, equitable, and aligned with company goals. This is a 12-month fixed term contract in a fast-paced fintech environment with a mission-driven People team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer day-to-day benefits and leave policies
• Manage end-to-end renewal process for benefits
• Establish and implement new benefits programmes
• Liaise with external benefits broker and vendors

📋 Requirements

• Experience administering and managing UK benefits
• Experience ensuring benefits compliance with legislative requirements
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits trends
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
