You'll own customer relationships and drive revenue growth for Lumafield, a company revolutionizing manufacturing with industrial CT scanning. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve business value and leading executive-level business reviews. This role blends technical depth in engineering with commercial strategy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own relationships, revenue, contracts, and outcomes for your accounts
- Partner with engineering teams to identify opportunities for improvement
- Proactively manage renewals, mitigate churn, and maintain account health
- Uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand product usage
๐ Requirements
- Engineering B.S. degree or equivalent technical experience
- 8+ years of working experience including technical and client-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills effective across all organization levels
- Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations
