You'll own customer relationships and drive revenue growth for Lumafield, a company revolutionizing manufacturing with industrial CT scanning. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve business value and leading executive-level business reviews. This role blends technical depth in engineering with commercial strategy.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own relationships, revenue, contracts, and outcomes for your accounts
  • Partner with engineering teams to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proactively manage renewals, mitigate churn, and maintain account health
  • Uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand product usage

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Engineering B.S. degree or equivalent technical experience
  • 8+ years of working experience including technical and client-facing roles
  • Excellent communication skills effective across all organization levels
  • Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations
