💼 About This Role

You'll install, program, commission, and troubleshoot BMS/controls systems for a technology-enabled facility services company. You'll own system performance and ensure customers receive exceptional results, with a BMS Bonus Program that rewards ownership and business results.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Service and startup of existing building control systems
• Install building control components (controllers, panels, sensors)
• Perform point-to-point checkout and calibration
• Conduct project commissioning activities and document results

📋 Requirements

• Ability to own a task from beginning to end
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong understanding of open protocols (BACnet, Modbus)
• Valid state motor vehicle license and clean driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Tridium Niagara/Distech (preferred)
• Familiarity with CAD and construction drawings
• PLC/SCADA Ignition experience (for PNW locations)
