Description
You will manage inbound customer inquiries and conduct warm outbound calls to guide customers through Clutch's online car-buying process. You'll update CRM records, explain products and protection plans, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to sale.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience
- Valid OMVIC license or willingness to obtain within first month
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and SMS
- Conduct warm outbound outreach to prospective customers
- Guide customers through the Clutch car-purchasing process
- Update customer information in CRM system
