• Ship full-stack features with React, backend APIs, and data layers
• Review code and mentor engineers to raise team standards
• Lead architecture and technical standards without red tape
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of systems

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional full-stack experience
• 4+ years with React (Next.js), Nest.js/Express, GraphQL, Docker, Postgres
• Understanding of system design including CQRS, event sourcing, and distributed systems
• Ability to build scalable, secure, production-ready systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time data visualizations or analytics dashboards (Tailwind, D3, ag-Grid)
• Worked with behavioral data, event streams, or time-series analysis
• Shipped ML-powered features to production
