💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at our Learning Center. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and accurately record progress in our data collection system. MeBe offers one of the top ABA training programs to help you launch your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Record client progress in Central Reach data system.
• Assist with lunch, bathroom, and diaper changes.

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT certification preferred.
• Background in child care, teaching, or counseling.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
