You'll lead the product organization at voize, building AI companions for frontline workers in healthcare. Your core impact is shaping the product roadmap and scaling a team from 6 to 10+ in 12 months. This role stands out as you'll drive a multi-vertical B2B SaaS platform backed by Y Combinator and top VCs, already deployed in over 1,500 care homes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale a product organization from 6 to 10+ members
• Own and drive execution of the product roadmap
• Build tight feedback loops with customers and cross-functional teams
• Define and implement scalable product processes and systems

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading a product team of 10+ people
• Track record of scaling multi-vertical B2B SaaS products
• Deep understanding of the interplay between product quality, operations, and growth
• Data-driven mindset comfortable with dashboards and KPIs

• German language skills are a plus
