💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end accounts payable for a healthcare oncology organization, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payments. You'll drive process improvements and resolve complex vendor issues in a hybrid work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable including invoice receipt, approval, and payment
• Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and ensure proper approvals
• Execute check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to general ledger and support month-end close

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4-7 years of accounts payable experience including full-cycle processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Experience supporting or driving process improvements in AP
