You'll own the end-to-end model lifecycle and build evaluation frameworks that drive measurable outcomes for millions of members. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/ML models.
• Build robust evaluation frameworks including offline metrics and A/B testing.
• Own end-to-end model lifecycle: deployment, monitoring, drift detection.
• Manipulate and analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, Databricks, MLFlow, dbt, Snowflake.

• Shipped AI/ML models to production that drove measurable business outcomes.
• Built evaluation frameworks with offline experimentation and live A/B testing.
• Developed data pipelines or ML infrastructure that scaled to support large datasets.
• Translated ambiguous business problems into well-scoped ML solutions.
