🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Lead contract negotiations with sophisticated counter-parties.
• Manage and respond to contract disputes.
• Train and manage attorneys and legal staff.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of legal experience post-bar.
• Active state bar membership in good standing.
• Expertise in commercial contract negotiation with a focus on technology contracts.

• Experience in government contracts, data security, or litigation.
