You'll lead the sourcing and recruitment of independent sales consultants for Square's French market, hiring 20-30 consultants monthly. You'll build a high-quality field sales force through creative sourcing and full-cycle recruiting. This role is key to Square's rapid expansion in France, offering a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

- Source and attract independent sales consultants via multiple channels.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for 20-30 consultants per month.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Team Leaders.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with high-volume hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting independent contractors or freelancers.
- Deep understanding of the French auto-entrepreneur landscape.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets.
