You'll serve as the domain expert for Instacart's Enterprise AI Pod, translating partner needs into AI use cases. You'll embed with grocery retail and CPG partners to drive adoption through discovery, demos, and change management. This field-first role requires up to 50% travel to partner sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run structured workshops to surface and prioritize use cases
• Lead hands-on demos tailored to partner workflows
• Drive change management including training and workflow redesign
• Translate field learnings into clear inputs for R&D

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in grocery retail or CPG
• Deep domain fluency in at least one grocery vertical
• Experience running consultative discovery with senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel ~50% within North America

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI and ML concepts including LLMs
• Experience with Snowflake, SAP, or Oracle
• Prior work in a forward-deployed or startup environment
