🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot Cisco IPT and Unified Communications issues
• Support CVP, ICM, and voice gateway administration
• Perform complex problem isolation in telecom infrastructures
• Mentor junior support staff

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years configuring and supporting complex Cisco IPT solutions
• Strong experience with Cisco Voice Gateways and Oracle ACME SBCs
• UCCE (IPCC) Enterprise script, design, deployment or support experience
• SIP deployment and support experience
