Description
You will own and drive the development of a highly efficient offering system, collaborate with business lines to advance growth initiatives, and support key planning and reporting processes. This role is critical to accelerating the GTM function for commercially available technology in a fast-paced defense tech environment.
Requirements
- Experience running an internal sales operations team supporting B2B in the defense sector
- High ownership and initiative, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the development of the offering system and partner contracting process
- Collaborate with business lines and corporate functions to advance Armory growth initiatives
- Develop content for Monthly Growth Brief, Quarterly Business Review, and Long Range Plan
- Support forecasting and planning process for the Armory pipeline
- Foster a culture of trust, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement
