Description

You will own all phased array, Wi-Fi, and RF systems for Starlink consumer hardware and gateway ground stations. You'll design, prototype, and verify antennas and RF front ends, create EM simulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept to production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years experience with antennas or communication systems.
• 10+ years experience with radio test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, etc.).
• 10+ years programming in Python, C#, C++, or MATLAB.
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and characterize prototypes of antennas, feed systems, and RF front ends for phased arrays, gateways, and consumer wireless products.
• Create electromagnetic simulation models of hardware to design and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, DSP, and software teams to design and validate RF systems.
• Develop and test phased array alignment solutions.
• Write Python automation scripts for test equipment and documentation.
