You will develop and execute the global clinical training and programming strategy, serving as the subject matter expert for international webinars and events. You'll coordinate logistics, manage customer relationships, and ensure high-quality member experiences across time zones and cultures.
Requirements
- Clinical license or equivalent in your country
- 3-5 years experience in facilitation and event planning
- Knowledge of global challenges and clinical training solutions
- Proficient in Google Suite, Zoom, and events platforms
- Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary PM for global clinical training and programming
- Develop and implement a global training and programming strategy
- Coordinate logistics for virtual events, providers, materials, and metrics
- Consult with large accounts on training planning and partner internally
- Lead planning for global events like World Mental Health Day
