💼 About This Role

You'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Security Testing Orchestration (STO), SAST, and SCA within Harness's AI-powered AppSec platform. Your work will define how security is orchestrated, prioritized, and remediated across the SDLC for global enterprise customers. This role offers the chance to lead AI-assisted AppSec workflows and manage a team of product managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and P&L for STO and aligned AppSec capabilities
• Define end-to-end AppSec workflows across the SDLC
• Design AI-assisted experiences for prioritization, remediation, and guardrails
• Manage and mentor product managers across SAST and SCA

📋 Requirements

• 10–15 years of product management experience in security, DevSecOps, or developer platforms
• Experience owning product business outcomes including strategy, positioning, and revenue impact
• Experience managing product managers and driving multi-product execution
• Strong understanding of AST (SAST, SCA, DAST) and CI/CD developer workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building AppSec or DevSecOps platforms at scale
• Familiarity with SBOMs, dependency graphs, and risk prioritization
• Exposure to AI governance or automated remediation
