You'll lead channel partner recruitment and revenue growth for Mexico and Caribbean markets at Mainspring Energy, driving adoption of our Linear Generator technology. You'll own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to closing large deals.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and exceed revenue targets through strategic channel partners
  • Identify, vet, and onboard Tier 1 partners like EPCs and developers
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support partners in closing deals
  • Deliver training on Mainspring's value proposition for power quality and resiliency

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in energy/power generation sales
  • 5+ years focused on Mexico and Caribbean markets
  • Native or near-native Spanish fluency
  • Proven track record of selling big-ticket energy solutions over $10M

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Engineering or Quantitative degree
  • Experience with project finance concepts (IRR, NPV)
