Requirements

• Proficient in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Strong interpersonal and team motivation skills
• Experience in retail leadership or floor management
• Ability to handle escalations with urgency
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure quality in-store customer experience using Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Drive KPI achievement (OPH, NPS, SPH) through own and team performance
• Promote services like piercing and engraving to enhance customer experience
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment (in-store, phone, BOPIS)
• Maintain brand visual standards and merchandising integrity
