• Execute end-to-end certification development lifecycle
• Drive exam quality through item development and review
• Analyze exam performance data for improvements
• Manage program logistics and vendor relationships

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in certification or assessment development
• Experience with certification design and item writing
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
