You'll lead a high-performing AI and Data Science team at Bugcrowd to develop data-driven and AI-powered systems enhancing offensive security. You'll set technical direction, guide scalable data pipelines, and deploy predictive models to solve complex cybersecurity challenges. This role offers the chance to shape next-generation AI-driven preemptive security products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive technical roadmap for AI, ML, and data systems
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists and ML engineers
• Oversee design to deployment of robust data pipelines and AI/ML applications
• Guide model development and MLOps for cybersecurity use cases

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Data Engineering
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Deep expertise with Python, AWS services, and ML frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Offensive security workflow knowledge (bug bounty, vulnerability research)
• FedRAMP/SOC2 regulated environment experience
• Software security experience
