You will collaborate with clients to implement NICE products, configure their portal, integrate it into their business processes, and manage multiple engagements to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years experience implementing SaaS solutions, preferably in contact center or telecom
  • Client-facing implementation experience
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, Perl, or Java
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design implementation strategies
  • Configure contact center solutions including call flows, IVR paths, APIs, and integrations
  • Manage multiple client engagements ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and support UAT
  • Document configuration steps and create process guides
