You'll lead construction project management for a historic property renovation at a 20-person real estate firm in Poznań. You'll coordinate budgets up to 20M PLN, schedules, and teams while preserving architectural heritage. This role offers direct collaboration with management and growth into a team leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate construction work schedules, quality, and information flow
• Manage budget up to 20M PLN, cost control, and contractor negotiations
• Oversee technical documentation, permits, and BHP compliance
• Resolve issues on-site and prepare alternative scenarios

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• 2+ years in independent decision-making role
• Experience in budget management and contractor negotiations
• Proficiency in project documentation and quality control

• Engineering degree
