Description

You will lead global labor and employment compliance programs, partnering with the People team to shape an inclusive culture. Provide pragmatic advice on recruiting, hiring, wage and hour, performance management, terminations, and international employment matters.

Requirements

• 12+ years experience in global labor and employment law
• Juris Doctorate and active State bar membership
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide risk-based advice on day-to-day employment matters
• Partner with People team on employee relations and investigations
• Oversee international employment matters including works councils
• Draft and edit employment documents (offer letters, severance plans)
• Manage employment litigation and administrative charges
