Description

You will oversee day-to-day operations, safety, and quality for HVAC and generator technicians servicing mission-critical infrastructure. Your role involves mentoring technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring field execution to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, generators, and associated electrical/mechanical components
• Experience managing field teams in a high-performance, customer-driven environment
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and adherence to OSHA, EPA standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel extensively and work varied hours, including emergencies and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC, Generator, and Alloy technicians in a designated area
• Conduct quarterly ride-alongs for skill assessment, coaching, and performance documentation
• Work with Scheduling team to review escalations affecting on-time delivery
• Manage work schedules and on-call schedules
• Ensure employees have proper PPE, tools, and stocked trucks
