💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center to repair damaged upholstery and glass on vehicles. You'll ensure each car meets quality standards before delivery. This role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and vehicle purchase discounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair damaged cloth, leather, plastic, and vinyl upholstery
• Fix center consoles, seats, dashboards, and headliners
• Color match and dye fabrics
• Repair stars, bullseyes, and cracks in windows/windshields

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of professional automotive interior or glass repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and age 18+
• Work in a fast-paced production environment
