• Manage customer contracts and recruiting initiatives
• Handle immigration logistics and vendor negotiations

• Ensure near-zero administrative overhead for the team

📋 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in operations or generalist role at early-stage startup
• Technical background such as CS degree or engineering experience
• Ability to move quickly without letting anything slip
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
