You'll build a scalable demand generation function from scratch at a remote-first digital marketing agency. You'll own pipeline development, consultative outreach, and campaign activation to drive quality SQLs. This role offers the autonomy to shape strategy from the ground up with the support of marketing leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and engage high-fit accounts using HubSpot and LinkedIn
• Develop early-stage relationships with senior marketing leaders
• Activate demand generation from thought leadership and events
• Maintain CRM data quality and operational workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or outbound business development
• Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch in an agency environment
• Digital marketing fluency in SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI
• HubSpot proficiency in list building, data hygiene, and pipeline tracking

✨ Nice to Have

• Agency, consultancy, or startup experience
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience using AI tools for research and outreach
