You'll ensure timely distribution wires and resolve investor issues while partnering with cross-functional teams. This role offers exposure to CREFC guidelines and the chance to implement process improvements in a scaling business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconcile remittance accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare reports adhering to CREFC guidelines
• Manage monthly remittances and meet deadlines
• Research operational issues and propose process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of investor reporting in commercial mortgage servicing
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Excel proficiency and experience with loan servicing software

• Experience with Strategy servicing software
• Process automation skills
