Description

In this role, you will design and execute testing strategies across UI, API, and backend systems as a customer advocate and technical leader within your scrum team. You will influence quality practices, mentor others, and lead initiatives that directly impact customer trust and product excellence on a SaaS platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Quality Engineer or similar role
• Expertise in functional, exploratory, and non-functional testing
• Experience with automation frameworks (Python/Playwright/pytest) is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams
• Ability to serve as SME for product areas

Responsibilities

• Champion customer experience by designing test scenarios reflecting real-world usage
• Identify risks early and challenge unclear requirements proactively
• Drive improvements in quality metrics like Defect Leakage Rate
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies across UI, API, and database layers
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements
