🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage biweekly payroll processing and resolve discrepancies
• Administer and maintain HRIS (UKG Pro) data and workflows
• Administer employee benefits programs and open enrollment
• Manage employee leaves of absence and workers' compensation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR generalist, payroll, or benefits administration
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro HRIS platform
• Strong knowledge of federal and California employment laws
• Experience supporting payroll and HR for a small California workforce

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business
• Knowledge of New York and Connecticut employment laws
