You'll lead a team of warehouse associates in a fulfillment center, driving process improvement and operational excellence. Your core impact will be achieving key metrics like UPH and on-time shipping.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a team of 30+ warehouse associates.
• Review weekly work forecasts and identify productivity requirements.
• Own operational metric reporting (VCPO, UPH, OPH, etc.).
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of people management in a high-volume 3PL fulfillment environment.
• Ability to manage performance and develop talent.
• Solid computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerBI, TMS.
• Strong analytical skills tracking and achieving KPIs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in ecommerce, retail, or manufacturing industries.
• Ability to navigate and manage ambiguity.
