Requirements

• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS, React
• Direct experience with Remix or Next.js
• 5+ years product software development at scale
• 2+ years people-focused technical leadership
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of front-end engineers
• Maintain design system and microservice template for Remix/React applications
• Lead cross-team projects and drive architectural decisions
• Partner with product manager to define team roadmap
• Advocate for new technologies and methodologies
