As a Sous Chef at Naked Farmer, you'll help lead a scratch-based kitchen, mentor team members, and ensure consistent execution of seasonal farm-to-table dishes in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

1+ year leadership experience in high-volume kitchen
2+ years cooking experience in high-volume kitchen
Strong culinary abilities and openness to learning
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Inspire and uplift culinary team through expertise and positive demeanor
Achieve proficiency at all stations, executing recipes and training team
Coordinate prep lists, waste logs, and food inventory with Chef de Cuisine
Manage opening and closing procedures using checklists and team communication
Address guest concerns with creative and effective solutions
