You'll join a collaborative logistics team to coordinate freight movements and build carrier relationships. You'll negotiate rates and ensure on-time delivery using proprietary technology. This role offers uncapped commission from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track freight in transit to ensure on-time delivery
• Independently coordinate carriers with customer freight
• Negotiate and quote rates with carriers cost-effectively
• Create carrier leads through warm and cold calls

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team player
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
