💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with R&D teams at leading industrial companies to configure Uncountable's R&D platform, translating their experimental workflows into accurate data models. Your work will help accelerate product discovery across chemistry, materials, and biology by enabling better data infrastructure for researchers. This role offers hands-on technical ownership and a path to leading full customer implementations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support customer onboarding and configure platform for experimental workflows
• Translate experimental data (formulations, measurements) into structured platform configurations
• Join and eventually lead customer meetings with R&D scientists and stakeholders
• Document reusable configuration patterns across scientific domains

📋 Requirements

• B.S. or higher in chemistry, materials science, biology, chemical engineering, or related field
• Comfort working with data in Excel or similar tools; Python or scripting is a plus
• Hands-on comfort with scientific or technical software (ELN, LIMS, instrument software)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on lab experience running experiments
• Exposure to data management concepts like structured spreadsheets or databases
